1. Introduction

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    The primary purpose of our marketplaces is to connect qualified prospects with franchise development professionals and other business sellers. If you are interested in buying a business or franchise, you can request more information regarding a specific opportunity by submitting a request or inquiry form, which will ask for your contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number. Each inquiry form that you complete is only forwarded to the specific franchise or business opportunity for which you have requested additional information.
    You may also choose to create an account on our marketplaces, receive our e-mail newsletters, or participate in contests or surveys on our websites. If you elect to engage in any of these activities, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as name, email address, phone number, and account login credentials.

4. Third Party Sites; Advertising

Our website may contain links to other sites not owned or operated by Franchise Ventures, including websites that provide tools and resources for business funding. For example, if you request to be connected with a business opportunity, we will use the information you provide to connect you with the party that listed such business opportunity. Please note that the use of your information by the seller, franchisor, or other party with whom you are connected is not governed by this Privacy Policy.
• Providing & Improving Our Services
  We also may use information collected from or about any website visitor or app user to provide and improve our website or app, including to analyze website traffic, app usage, and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • To contact you about our services that may be of interest to you;
